About The Totals

The Totals is a project headed up by British-born musician Mohsin Siddiqui.

Music was a big part of Mohsin’s childhood, starting in his family’s home. He learned to love singing and dancing to his father’s old record collection.

Mohsin moved from England to Canada where he dropped piano lessons in favor of the drums, later picking up the bass guitar in school band. From there he moved to Boston, adding the six-string guitar to his repertoire and started writing songs at thirteen. He spent a decade writing and recording music on everything from cassette tapes to GarageBand.

He moved yet again, this time to Portland, Oregon. There he met some epically talented friends and fellow musicians who helped him produce work for what is now The Totals.

Currently once more in Boston, Mohsin reflects on his time in Oregon with the release of the third LP “Out At The Blue” releasing in March 2022.
